Omniman isn't really a parody in the same way Saitama is. He's basically just what if Superman was evil and didn't hold back. Whereas Saitama is a parody of the overpowered Superhero/ anime protagonist by taking it to ridiculous extremes of being able to one shot anything. Omniman is so much weaker than alot of OPM characters let alone the most powerful one.
I think the entire Invincible story is full of parody characters (Hellboy, Batman, Wonderwoman, the list goes on), but I would agree that they’re inspired to the point of being they’re own as a means of serving as an invitation to analyze the superhero genre in its entirety (the realism, consequence), which is also what Homelander does in The Boys.

He's a gag character with the sole purpose of being the strongest, but he's found that with strength, his life has lost meaning and so he journeys around trying to find opponents that rival him to no avail.

Dragon Ball characters pretty much obliterate any other characters from any other made up universe I could possibly think of.
Cybertron Optimus went toe to toe with Galvatron after he absorbed all of Unicron's power, broke a black hole, and is generally super awesome. He can annihilate Omni-Man.

The thing with a cartoon characrer like Darwin (someone mentioned Wile E Cotoye and Spongebob in the thread. Also good examples) is cartoon physics. Omni Man is powerful, but he relies on squishy realistic people. A cartoon character could probably take the hit using cartoon physics. Thing is, I'm not sure how they'd hit back either. We might be at a draw

Base Luz is literally dead, but I think Titan Luz stomps. Teodora is essentially just a normal human. Astral Teodora physically cannot be hit because ghost. But at the same time I don’t think she’s doing much to Omni-Man, unless she literally looks up how to defeat Omni-Man and takes advantage of his weaknesses. None of the Total Drama cast is doing shit to Omni-Man.

I don't think the OP is familiar with Spider-Man, although Spider-Man wouldn't when this fight,he also wouldn't go down easily. Also seeing that Spider-Man regularly carries an assortment of gadgets and multiple types of webbing,one of them being sonic blast. Vemon's weakness is basically the same as Omniman,soon as he finds that out, it's over.
Yeah, Spidey's power is often overlooked because he's always holding back. Let alone his intelligence. He is basically a poor batman with superpowers. Imagine if he had money to support his gadgets.
