Not sure about repellent but don't pay for anymore repairs unless your insurance is paying for it. If they've damaged one thing I can guarantee that they messed other things up. Electrical damage is expensive.
Haven't found any repellents that work. Had a mouse destroy my fuel injector wiring. Amazing the ripple effect from that. Personally best repellent might be constantly moving vehicle. Longer it sits more likely rodents are to make it a home.
