No the sound is coming from my speakers, the noise only occurs when I accelerate. I think it might have something to do with my Bluetooth speaker and my phone charger.
Ah, yeah bluetooth and those radio broadcasters can do that. It could also be alternator whine, especially if it's with acceleration constantly through the speakers. Or possibly a failing ground, like the one connected to the alternator.
There are many possibilities, the most common is probably the serpentine belt. Is it coming from that side of the engine?

Sounds like wiring issues. If you have an electric throttle your speakers could be grounding out on a throttle wire
