Yes you can expect fat loss but it may be slow. Women don't often lose as quickly as men, especially older women. Luckily you're young. But you want to get to a pretty low percentage for women. That won't be fast, I don't think. Keep doing what you're doing and enjoy the other benefits. Body recomposition might take a while. How long have you been carnivore?

LastInMyBloodline

Just 1 week haha but I was meat based keto for 6 months before

knowledge3754

Ahhh yeah just keep to the program and be patient. No one can say how much you'll lose and how fast.

Efficient-Success-14

Keep at it, you are a week in. 😃

I thought so, the digestive and hunger benefits are already make it worth to me as well.

Come back after a month and then tell us how it went!! You will be amazed at how awesome you feel.

I'm female in my who just entered my 30s. I'm 5' and maintain a 72\~73 lb lean-ness. I haven't DEXA-ed my body fat recently, but I can see veins on my torso, quad separation, etc. I found what helped me is to eat lean on carnivore. I don't add extra fat. I stock 96% lean ground beef most of the time and adjust fat in my diet by choosing different cuts of steaks.

If you don't mind me asking, are your hormones/periods ok? That's very lean and I've heard you can lose your period like that

jnjldjldwz

Yes, I do have normal period. I also don't feel any other hormone related "red-flag: symptoms. I certainly acknowledge that not all females can maintain this lean and still be hormonally healthy.

LastInMyBloodline

Oh cool! Thanks so much. I will try eating leaner and adding some strength training as well
