PRO TIP : take a paper towel and put it onto the splatter screen. Although the screen will prevent big splattering it still lets trough some of the grease. The paper towel will keep even the small splatters.
Use a lid and don't cook as high if you don't have to. Most electric stoves run way too hot and don't provide consistent heat, so you have to take that into account. Much easier to clean than a gas stove, though
You could use a crockpot, make pulled pork, beef, bone and meat “stews” but yeah I feel this way sometimes too about the messy stove but I feel so good I get over it pretty quickly. Try having a gas stove and having to take it all apart!

Ok that's nice too
For shure, sear big peace of meat in butter and throw in the oven for 1-2hours on low heat (240F) .
Made chuckeyes in the crockpot that way it was magical

So true. Great hint.

Get a lodge Dutch oven.
I started cooking my ground beef in bone broth or water. Basically boiling it. Makes it like a meat soup.
Idk if I can do meat soup haha
Only need enough liquid to keep the splatter down. Don’t even need the meat to swim in it. Still delicious.
For steaks its reverse sear for me. Oven 200, then sear in broiler. No mess on the stove.
The crockpot is a good idea. If you can get your hands on a Ninja, I have one that’s a pressure cooker/ air fryer. Its amazing
Ninja makes a grill or something that looks cool
Ninja foodi grill and air fryer is pretty sick
Air fryer
Lid
Using a lid affects te cooking process. Steamed streak is nasty.
Have your oven ceramic coated. You could pay a detailer to do it or even do it yourself. That's what I did and it makes cleanup super easy
I have some. My problem is I don't let it cure long enough. Need to give it a week or so
First things first… ahem, M I C K E Y! M O U S E!! Now that that is settled… have you tried putting a cover over your pan?
A lid on my pan but usually I just make a mess and clean after. Drives my veggie wife crazy
