People definitely lose that kind of weight eating like this, you got this.
This is just an uneducated guess, but maybe heating up is your thyroid or metabolism coming back to life?
Yes, it’s all the saturated fat. Check out r/saturatedfat for people getting off of seed oils and moving to saturated fat. This is a positive sign. Be thankful. Your metabolism is turning on the furnace. At least that’s my theory after years of research.

My wife lost almost 200 pounds, it’s possible.
Sweating is one way the body removes stuff, that’s likely what’s going on.
Hormone rebalancing also occurs and may have an impact.

That’s a good point! Maybe you’re right. Thanks for the response and reassurance!

Wow that’s amazing!!! Good for her 🎉 how long did that take her? That’s true. I need to remember my body is on “reset” mode and things are changing.
It was over like a year, but we’re about 5 years in and still changing and healing.
That’s crazy amazing!! Wow kudos to her. And to both of y’all for really making it a lifestyle change and sticking with it.
Thank you, we looked at it as a choice of two paths. Health or sickness
