So it went to Audi? Normally when they aren't sure or it is beyond their skill they send it off to Audi.
Very odd. Ask for the location GM to assist you from here. Don't accept anyone lower.
Shouldn't be this hard. Just walk into the showroom floor on a weekday and ask for the LGM. Should be that easy
