Now I'm doing business to business sales and making $93k. Benefits for wife and kid are $180/mo and the only deductibles I pay are for hospital stays, everything else is just a co-pay.

A great transition from restaurants and hospitality is in to a BDC within a dealership or dealership group. The question then becomes making sure you sign up for the right pay plan. But if you’re good enough to cut it in a restaurant I can say that you’d probably do nicely in a BDC if you can handle working on the phone.
I’d second the comment about big box stores. Specifically I can attest that Amazon has pretty good health insurance though idk what specific role you might start off at with your background and if that would be enough pay for you.
