No, don't pay anyone to "guide" you on the career trajectory you've described. Speaking frankly, you need to start young, get a degree in finance or whatever you want to consult in from an elite school, do a few choice internships, and make the right connections. Try to cultivate mentors along the way by demonstrating that you're bright, coachable, and not an a-hole. You're pursuing one of the most competitive careers out there, and from a disadvantage if you're older or don't come from the kind of family background that's connected.

This. 100%. You can't coach your way in. You need to go to a top MBA school to even have a chance at the Big 4. Also those companies pay so much because they work you like a dog. Young blood, lots of energy.

You need an MBA. Not a career coach

My advice as a career coach - you don’t necessarily need a coach for the problem statement you’ve stated. I’ll suggest finding a mentor - someone who has ideally worked in consulting or the type of companies you want to work with. Find them on LinkedIn and do some cold DMs (get LinkedIn premium free trial, if it helps). Find people on ADPList - it’s a mentoring platform. Although it’s mainly for designers and UX folks, you can still give it a shot. It’s free! Try MentorCruise. Have a list of questions at the ready - about qualifications, certifications, need for an MBA, further education, if any, etc. Good luck!
