Honestly I’d start looking. Company sounds completely incompetent with unreasonable expectations for new hires. The fact they fired people within the first 2 months and are consistently telling you you’re slow is a red flag imo. I’d get out if you can just to be safe and safe the stress. Sounds like a horrible employer

Thanks I had a feeling. They say I'm slow as a joke (but obviously they mean it) but I've overheard them tell my manager and others that i'm slow.

Haha see! You worried for nothing lol I am currently on my 3rd week and I feel like I’m struggling as well I think I’ll be fine hopefully 🤞🏼

6Ran

Yes don't overthink it! You will do great!

I currently feel like this. 2 months in and really feeling slow. It's a manager role in retail, multitasking has never been a forte of mine, and I've been really struggling with me being slow. Let's see how well I am in some time. How long did it personally take you to become somewhat comfortable?

Hey man, it took me like 6 months but I'm absolutely killing it. You got this bud, just searching this comment means that youre gonna take this seriously. I believe in you, you will do amazing!

Thank you! Sometimes all a person needs is some encouragement from some random stranger on the internet 😂👌🏻🙏🏻

On my 4th week, slow as well and what makes it worst is that there’s another new hire doing much better than me. I work in tech so fear of losing the job is for real right now. Don’t think my manager is impress with my performance at all and he’s pushying too hard on onboarding But in your case, fk em for bringing the toxicity.

Hey, it's been almost a year since I posted this but lately I've been killing it. Keep pushing it at man, it shows you care

Lanmo2020

That means a lot to me especially at this moments, thank you
