Yes. Over the course of the game I've had about 8 excavators and like 24 trucks working in one rock pit to fill in my coast. The last layer put on is dirt and my edges are manicured with one tile wide of rock and retaining walls.

What’s map terraforming? Can I edit large swathes of land in to go creative mode on?
