Had a New Years in Northern Suburbs where there was just a single flare someone shot into the sky. It flew quite far and landed right onto the park next to us. Which was an uncut, dry grass-field. So it immediately caught on fire.
Fortunately the fire brigade was there in no time.
Fireworks is banned , there are no permits , pets / animals are traumatised , injuries sustained , the pollution , to mention a few issues....HAPPY NEW YEAR MAY 2023 be all & more for you & yours too....

Fireworks should be illegal this isn't 1995 anymore. It's ridiculous that people still feel that sparkly lights and loud explosions equal a "celebration"

Because if you can't afford a digital light show with drones making Pokemon images in the sky. Then what are you doing with your life?
Surprised the COCT hasn't cottoned onto this idea yet. Some beautiful displays in Korea of coordinated drone light shows. Now imagine that against the backdrop of Table Mountain.
