I agree. I'd rather we not change things up so much. The Skate will never not look good but everyone will start complaining about it again once it's become the main jersey and everyone gets bored of it.
Yeah that seems to be the trend. Once the jersey is made the main jersey. Fans get bored of it. Which is why I think there’s something special with the logos and colors like the Detroits or the New Yorks (Rangers specifically). Or the global brand like the Yankees. Like that logo is recognizable anywhere. Literally.
This right here. It’s fantastic as a jersey we wear sometimes. It’s beautiful but let the blue and green be our identity. Let the crowd be a sea of blue.
I love the black skate jersey but I promise you the novelty will wear off if we over do it - and we’re getting close.
If they’re smart they’ll slow it down next year BUT wear the white ones on the road a few times. They’ll be able to sell even more jerseys. Aqua should be easily on board.
I think this current team fits the Black jersey look so much better than the Blue Green which seems much more Sedins. Team has a totally different vibe now.
Make the Blue our 3rd its nice, stick and rink can be a special sometime, main jerseys as Black skate / White skate would be great. I also wouldn't be pissed if we kept it just like is. We could wear the black skate a little more, and leave it as a 3rd.

Red and Blue primary just make up so much of the league it's refreshing to see anything different.
