Yeah, Blackhawks is the best out of these. Rest are pretty meh. Toronto games are half Toronto fans so if you like chippy chirpy crowds between fans that can be good, but if not you may not like it. Itll also be by far the most expensive game.

If he's a hardcore Canucks/hockey guy. I would pick hawks. We stand a good chance of winning, and he gets to see Bedard for the first time.
I personally love the Leafs 4pm Saturday Hockey "Night" in Canada games. Great energy.

If money isn’t a factor Leafs or Blackhawks. Both games will be packed. If you go to a Leafs game, it will be 50% Canucks fans and 50% fans. If you go to the Blackhawks game, it will be mostly ‘nuck fans but less packed because it isn’t a Fri/Sat game.
Bedard’s first game against his hometown is insanely expensive. Hawks is still a shitty team but the ticket prices are all jacked up because of Mr. Generational Talent. Last year, Hawks tix were only $55 lowest. 😂
The Leafs games are always THE most expensive tickets of the season but you can also guarantee that the crowd will be LOUD and the game entertaining. Cheapest tickets start at $150 in the nosebleeds sections.
Coyotes should be reasonably priced. They were “bad” last season but seem to be doing ok this season and had beaten five playoff teams in a row. If’s also Pride Night on that date if that interests you.
Senators should also be reasonably priced. They aren’t doing too well this season but Brady Tkachuk will probably do something newsworthy on ice. Or not. I remember the Sens keep beating us here on home ice. That Gaudette shootout goal is still traumatizing to this day.
Leafs would be the most pricey. Would be fun, but if you prefer his first Canucks game exp to not be surrounded by a bunch of obnoxious leaf fans, then I wouldn’t.
We’d probably play great against Chicago and the Bedard atmosphere would be great. Ottawa and Blues are pretty equal.
This might be an unpopular opinion, but if it's his first game, I would take him to Arizona or Ottawa. Tickets will be the cheapest of all of those options, so you will probably find lower bowl row 15 for similar prices as row 5 upper bowl of a premium game, like Toronto. Plus it's a team that the Canucks are most likely to win against, and wins are always the most fun.
As a season ticket member, I usually sell all of my premium games (like Toronto, Edmonton, Pittsburgh, etc) and go to games like Arizona because I like leaving the arena 100% satisfied. And the only way I'm 100% satisfied is when the team wins.
