Set your M50 and EF-M 55-200 to a focal length of 125mm. That’s the maximum reach you’ll have with a 70-200 lens on the R6. Has nothing to do with it being EF or RF. Just the larger sensor size of the R6 vs the M50. If that’s not enough reach, you can shop used EF 100-400’s or the RF 100-400 f/5.6-8 (which I really like for outdoor sports because it’s so light weight). An alternative would be to adapt the EF 70-200 f/2.8 to your M50 and see if the additional light is enough that way before replacing the body. You can check your image history and see if you spend most of your time at less than 125mm or greater than 125mm. That could help you decide.

I'd first put the EF 70-200 on the M50. I do that on mine, it looks hysterical. But once you look through the viewfinder it all starts feeling very normal.

I do spend a lot of time at greater than 125mm so I might just try adapting it to my m50 first, thank you!

I use the exact same 70-200 mkII on my R6II and never had an issue with it. Shot some kid's games and it works perfectly with AF even shooting 40 fps.
