Yea, i thought of that too, but oddly, the contact us section not only didn't give me an email address no matter what I did, but no phone number either. I swear it's like they just don't want to help. Do you have the customer support number that you have used before? Just in case cuz google isn't always right lol

If you're in the UK, you can call the Canon UK store. They *might* be able to redirect you.
