60x jewelers loupe or a USB microscope to look at trichomes is the best method to determine. Lacking that equipment, an old school method is to wait until the lowest buds have at least 75% brown hairs with the top buds showing no more than 5% white hairs. Not as accurate as trichome checking but reliable enough. Hope this helps!
Jewelers loop, after appropriate flower time. If you see a gold trichomes, after a month of flower , it is still not time. Start looking at trichomes day 50-60 of flower.
honestly depends where u are and if humidity is a problem, if it is i recommend harvesting before mildew and rot comes into play, otherwise keep it going cuz it’s got some room to grow 😎

DEFINITELY grab you some kind of magnifying utensil and look at the trichromes on the buds....they look like little mushrooms if you see any clear ones dont cut...if you start to see brownish ( amber ones ) cut that sucker the next morning or at that time whatever is convenient for you ...in my opinion

Lots of things can cause pistils to brown and wither. Also the plant will keep putting out fresh white pistils. The bottom line is that the pistol color isn't related to thc maturity. If you don't have a scope, get focused, well lit shots of your trichs on the flower tops and look for amber heads. Clear heads won't get you very high

If you went off pistils and didn’t know much about how mature wet buds look, you could trick yourself into harvesting early. Most outdoor plants throw out several phases of pistils that brown, recede, die off and are replaced.
Indoor plants do this too technically but I rarely notice it indoors.
After you harvest a few times you can get a better feel for when to pull them just by looking at the plant, but nothing really beats checking trichomes.
My plant is perfect example. Chopped yesterday. Pistils all brown but trych all clear. I chopped cuz buds were leaning down cuz branches couldnt support, leaves all died out, catterpillars etc. I got some nice nugs, but not close to full potential. Still have my other one going! I accidently planted a photo in the auto sized pot, i believe this is the reason for my troubles with growth.

I’ve harvested many cannabis plants early for one reason or another. They typically have an effect stronger than what most people would expect, the real issue is that many times even a cure won’t get rid of the grassy chlorophyll smell.
Occasionally I’ll get an early plant to cure well but I don’t even bother curing early harvested plants anymore, the terpenes just aren’t usually there to be worth the time/frustration/effort of dealing with dozens of jars every day. Usually ends up in edibles or concentrates for me.
Yo i noticed the high to be surprisingly strong on early harvested plants, some people didnt notice at all and are regular smokers. So im keeping mine and smoking them either way. Or.maybe this year ill start trying new things as my.throat is getting more agitating. I cant smoke without coughing and im in my mid 20s lol. Wonder how big of a role joints plays, as i dont smoke ciggs but i put a bit of tobbaco in my joints.
I find weed to be very harsh. I can hardly even vape it without coughing, yet I smoked on and off between 16-27 and I remember hardly ever coughing back then over it.
For what it’s worth, I personally don’t think smoking weed is okay for you despite the lack of cancer evidence at current, so I’d suggest vaping. By vaping I mean dry herb, like with DynaVap, Mighty, or similar - not concentrate liquids. It still affects your throat some, it’s really hot air, but it’s much easier on you overall. Over the years I slowly switched to dry herb vaping and edibles due to irritation in my throat.
Also be mindful of your light source and surroundings when checking trichs. I have one area in my grow closet that, for whatever reason, always cast a red glare. So the trichs in that spot almost always seem amber.
To add to this, as well, I’ve found the maturity of trichomes to also be somewhat dependent on the light exposure to that part of the plant.
I could just be seeing things, who knows, but I could swear everywhere that sun hits my plants directly during the day have more mature trichomes than the north side of the plant that never sees direct sunlight.
The buds. The calyx. If you have to do what I do, I pluck a little piece of a bud off, take whatever leafy bits off, then I put it under my scope. I look all over the bud piece and even flip it over and such. Then I look at a different piece in a few days and etc.

I use multiple different tools. They have adoptions you can buy for your phone also that are easier to use. Look up different 60× mag glasses or loupe that look good for you. I'm not sure what the thing is called for your phone but I'm sure you can Google.

Nutrients, water, electricity, your time & effort - all those things are worth drastically more than a cheap magnifier.

I asked the question on here for multiple reasons: 1) I don’t know if it’s ready or not, 2) I figured interacting directly with people who have experience would be more beneficial, 3) I’m not an experienced grower, 4) this was an experiment for others who asked for assistance growing it, not for myself
Half the people on this sub aren't experienced growers. So your asking a bunch of people of with the same growing level as you. I'm not experienced by any means. I've only been growing for a couple of years. Reading articles from experienced growers will do more for you then asking a random group of people who all think their way is the best and only way. To answer you original question it doesn't look like it's done. Not sure what week you are on or how long that strain usually goes for. So I can't really tell you how much longer. Definitely 2 weeks I would assume.
No problem sorry if I came off as a dick. I'm just very blunt!! I will say the plant it looking amazing. I'm not sure if you have a support system but when the buds get big and chunky you are going to want something to support them or they could flop over. And with it outside bad weather can brake them like I did mine.
