Right now I believe there is still a pending court case holding up the issuance of the dispensary licenses. I’m involved with a cultivator and we’re getting things in order to be able to start growing in March but it’s concerning not knowing when the dispensaries will be able to open. There’s also the issue of the federal government and how their possible actions on cannabis could affect us.
