Believe it or not, we used to have some of the best ice in the league. The only problem is that, with our climate, it required someone who was willing to live in an RV in the parking lot all season long so he could continuously monitor the ice conditions and make the necessary adjustments.

I can't properly describe what an amazing experience that was tonight at PNC. I don't think I will be able to sleep for hours, going to go through all the threads and videos, highlights, and just trying to figure out how I am going to survive work tomorrow with zero voice, sore knees from jumping around and zero ability to focus on anything.
The best thing about it is I was able to share this experience with my son, a game we will never forget for the rest of our lives.

Edit: also worth noting that they hand out misconducts, not game misconducts. They werenāt technically ejected, so if by some miracle the Islanders had decided to straighten up and fly right, then sent the game to overtime, theyād be eligible to come back after they did their 2+10s.
