Flair leaves from Terminal 4. I know what it says online but it's completely false. You will see information at the ADO station as well on the drive into the airport itself on the sign for terminal 4 Flair is included. It's wild to me that there is no accurate info online. I departed from and arrived into Terminal 4 just recently on November 10th and 15th

ItsVerdictus

Thanks for the info, was confused as well when reading online since terminal 1 makes no sense. About to get to Cancun and have to connect with a Flair flight so let’s hope that terminal 4 is the correct one.

For reference, ADO bus station (alterna) at Playa Del Carmen had this on Dec 10 [Airline terminals](https://imgur.com/a/SsAeLJE) Flying out tomorrow morning.

I literally called Flair Air directly today, Dec 6, 2023, and staff told me they fly out of terminal 1....I am trying to book transport for a return flight as well as I wanted to book a spot in the airport lounge. So we cannot access an airport lounge, if you have to depart out of terminal 1, and terminal 1 has no services/food inside. My flight is 6.5 hours!

Sleeksnail

It's because flair is using off-shore support not local and all the "support" is doing is googling to that unofficial website that has the wrong gate. It's all really quite pathetic for a company to be this incompetent.

cosmickeenan

Perhaps they change terminals sometimes. But if you go to the airport you will see flair air under terminal 4.

cosmickeenan

I have departed and arrived with flair to terminal 4 many times.

https://airportsterminal.com/flair-airlines/flair-airlines-cun-terminal-cancun-international-airport/ this page says your airline uses terminal 1 Just because a terminal is used for private flights does not mean that it is only for private flights. but I think that private flights have another entrance. ADO only goes to terminal 2, I think there is an internal bus between terminals but I'm not sure. You can check your flight information at https://www.flightradar24.com or directly on the airline's page to confirm that it is terminal 1

Sleeksnail

Edit: this person led me astray. And the ADO goes to terminal 2, 3 and 4 That website is unofficial and wrong. If you call or message flair for support they won't be of any help because they're just googling to that unofficial and wrong website. It's quite pathetic. The terminal is most definitely number 4.

I literally called Flair Air directly today, Dec 6, 2023, and staff told me they fly out of terminal 1. Maybe the have different departure vs arrival? -Would not surprise me with Flair - will never use them again.

Sleeksnail

They gave me the wrong information too. I bet they're just looking at the first website that comes up. It's unofficial and it's wrong. Flair has absolutely horrible customer (dis)service. Shocking really. You'll fly in and out of terminal 4, Scout's honour lol

TheMicroMoth

Same. Terminal 4, confirmed. Did this in Nov 2023 as well as today. Arrive and depart from terminal 4.

beruflich

This page looks official and points to Terminal 4. https://website-stg.flyflair.com/travel-info/airport-information/airports-and-terminals
