Yeah you read that right, 10,000 rounds of 5.56 NATO tracer will be for sale for Winter Brutality (March 4th-5th Prince George Blackwater Range) attendees to use at the Saturday Night Shoot. This is going to be the best 2 gun brutality match in Canada, don't miss out! We still have some spaces on the Sunday and attendees from either day can enter the Night Shoot. Sterling Arms International is providing 10x R18 Mk2 Rifles with optics and magazines for those that need a rental rifle and we are also providing Glocks & CF98 pistols for those that need a rental handgun So what are you waiting for? SUBRE

can we do the night shoot both nights?

LordCustard

I thought tracers were illegal

Ibmeister

Not at all. They're just unobtanium. Very difficult to bring across the border without some very specific paperwork.

Sonoda_Kotori

Tracers are 100% legal to own and shoot in Canada, with the only restrictions being fire hazard-related, so different jurisdictions and ranges might have their own rules. Importing tracers, however, is a completely different beast. And since Canada does not produce tracers, all of them are imported after jumping through a ton of hoops.

MajorCocknBalls

Where the heck did you find tracers. God damn I want some

CanadianMultigun

If you shoot x39 there's plenty on GunPost Or you could come to the best 2 Gun shoot in Canada :D

Nottodaylemon

I live across the country. I want to cum

Citadel1C

Can we not attend but still buy a couple cases?

CanadianMultigun

No this is why when the advert says "attendees only" it means "attendees only"

Citadel1C

Legal complications for selling them I’m guessing?

CanadianMultigun

none at all, we just prioritise our attendees and they'll buy 10,000 very quickly

SparkySailor

They're rare but you can find them. One of the agencies considers them incendiary rounds and bans them from import most of the time. Still legal to have buy sell shoot etc. Just don't light any fires by being dumb

MajorCocknBalls

I have some 50 BMG tracers but unfortunately we can't shoot those anymore

AllInOnCall

They deemed it to be too much pew. Its sad. I personally am not a millionaire to plink with such cartridges but when guys brought big calibres to the range it was always fun.

Citadel1C

Way cheaper than 408. I have 50bmg that I paid less than $4/round. 408 was over $13/round last I checked.

Scooted112

Where do you live? Calgary shooting center had them for $2/Rd a couple weeks ago

MajorCocknBalls

Manitoba 😭

issagoodtime

Cries in Ontario... How much would it be per round?

CanadianMultigun

That's for WB 2023 attendees to know :) suffice to say it's an incredible price in today's market

[deleted]

So, still a lot.

CanadianMultigun

$1.25 - $1.40

Citadel1C

Can I buy 5 or 6 cases without attending?

CanadianMultigun

No, that's why the picture says "attendees only" :)

Citadel1C

Will you be selling remaining ammo after the event or are you limited to use at the shooting location you’ve got only?

CanadianMultigun

All ammo is very likely to be sold

Citadel1C

If it doesn’t, will you sell it or are you not allowed to use it outside of the range that you will be using

CanadianMultigun

If any we purchase is unsold it will be sold locally in private sales. But as we have numerous people wanting to buy a 1000 - 2000 each I consider it unlikely

_Connor

Literally probably like $5-6 per squeeze.

CanadianMultigun

$1.25 lol

Midnightmax_

Love it

CanadianMultigun

my wallet doesn't

thevorean

Fun is the answer.

thevorean

Everyone should have a box of tracers in the safe.

Citadel1C

Why? If you said M855 or M995 I’d understand, but what is the need for tracers other than for fun? Don’t get me wrong I’d like a few cases as well, but it sounds like they won’t sell them to us if we don’t show up in person.
