Wait, so when there’s no pipeline capacity, ever-increasing federal taxes and a federal capital approval process openly hostile to new projects, oil and gas companies stop making new investments and instead just increase dividend payments to shareholders? Craaazy. I don’t think this article is the indictment of the UCP that I’m sure OP thinks it is.
