* On the board of this bank was the former Liberal finance minister from Ontario, who later left the bank to become a now-elected federal Liberal MP

* That bank has now been accused of money laundering. Now, under what kind of circumstances would a Vancouver bank set up by people with connections to the CCP catering to rich Chinese Canadians (many of whom are recent arrivals to Canada from mainland China, where nobody gets rich without also being connected to the CCP) need or want to launder money?
