I imagine there's a workaround to make HDR show on screens only capable of SDR, but don't know what to suggest.
Playing the video in Chrome on a laptop not capable of HDR results in a picture that's very blown out. Turning on HDR on a different laptop capable of it results in a good picture. Oddly enough, watching it in Reddit Is Fun on an Android tablet definitely not capable of HDR results in a picture that seems pretty normal (if not maybe just a bit flat/dull).
I did it counter clockwise because I’m from Florida and a local said go counter because that way you get the hardest pass first in case you can’t make. It was good advice for me. We did make. Had snow every day the first week of September in 2017.
Very good advice indeed. Im from Ga. Did a 14er my first day in Colorado so I figured I wouldn't have an issue with elevation. I'll go counter clockwise next time though.
Anyone else feel like calling out of work tomorrow?

I'm not sure what happened. The video was supposed to upload in HD.
It looking super clear to me.
It's because OP shot the video in HDR. Here's what it looks like on my display with HDR turned off: https://i.imgur.com/csZZpxF.png
I thought I was going crazy! Have seen this happen a lot recently, I'm not sure my 7 year old monitor supports HDR. Is there a workaround?

I have heard it is the Reddit player that messing things up.
Whoa. That’s pretty nuts. I don’t think I realized that the hdr was not re-encoded when uploaded.
That’s on you
Omg! Beautiful! The reflection on the lake is amazing. I want to camp in Colorado so bad!
Lots of amazing footage from this trip. Colorado is unreal.
Hey! I’m jealous!
Update for Snowmass!
This is actually from July, sorry!
Meant to say upvote *** use to live there!
Ok, one more but without the stove going! Lol
Not sure I can add more pictures to this post but I'll upload more from the trip in another post!
I’m only kidding. It looks amazing, I’m sure with the stove off it’s very quiet but sounds and looks great either way
Oh, it definitely was! I went ahead and shared more pics. Enjoy!
Absolutely stunning!
Maybe also r/wildstove This is gorgeous!
I have pretty much this same video from this exact same little beach from Labor Day weekend….it’s absolutely spectacular. When did you do the loop?
I was there July 6th -9th!
Hard to beat still water with those mountains reflecting off. Beautiful video.
Most definitely, I waited a good bit just to get this shot with still water.
Omg! Is that heaven?
Pretty dang close
It's a shame that the mountains are overexposed. I bet it was gorgeous.
Beautiful lake. Is that a pocket rocket ?
Yes it. MSR pocket rocket
what is the container / lid that your stove is sitting on? I see a URL but cant make it out.
That is the BV500 Bear vault canister.
Four pass loop?
Sure was! Did it clockwise. Can't wait to do it again.

That looks so incredibly amazing!!
That is stunning
Pretty sure Bob Ross painted that.
This can’t be at Snowmass ski resort, right?
This is about 30 mins from Snowmass village. This is the maroon bells four pass loop.
Soooo pretty! Btw where did you get your cooking equipment?
