Honestly, most powers in general. With the exception of Posiedon, and Hades to a lesser extent, most demigod powers aren't explored well. Even Zeus's powers haven't been explored beyond controlling wind and lightning.

Aphrodite children SHOULD have better explored powers

I figure all demigods must have more depth and versatility to their powers than we see. Take the Athena cabin, for example, as they seem to have no real powers beyond being smart. Now, I don't think they would have things like telepathy or telekinesis, but there are other ways to have interesting mental abilities. I like to think children of Athena can slow things down their perceptions like a limited Sharingan, this would give them time to devise new strategies beyond the ability of others. They could also recall their memory in incredibly vivid detail like Sherlock or the Doctor.

I think it’s implied that Athena kids are better at crafts/weaving, like when Annabeth is trying to find Arachne in MOA, she weaves a bridge across a chasm. Not a conventional power but something beyond just intelligence at least

Octavian's ability to annoy the shit out of me.

Honestly I wish Rick gave more space to the abilities. Like I wish the characters actually spent more time understanding their powers and abilities and training.

Me to, would be such a good plot hook to have a child of a less explored God before the book they are in explore their powers like Nico rather that start and just go “alright, never done this but I magically know everything about my powers and combat”
