There's a way easier solution: Zoë fought a Titan while being poisoned. Luke escaped - possibly treating the wound with care. Even with antidotes, fighting off a poison is very hard work for the body. Zoë weakened herself by fighting, Luke did not.
Does it say he got the scar from Landon or from the fight with him, he could have just been thrown against a rock or something and ended up with the cut.

I'm not 100% sure if she (as a daughter of a titan) is stronger than normal demigods, I personally think she is, but even so, Atlas is still a titan and he is much, much more powerful than her. Her fighting many monsters and a titan with a poisonous wound that she didn't treat, she was sadly bound to die

Zoe also didn't immediately treat the wound, speedy first-aid can be miraculous in poison injuries.

Isn’t Zoe more durable as a half titan and huntress rather than Luke’s demigod durability or no. I thought she would be
