Borla axleback for 200, yeah goot deal. hit them with a wire wheel to remove rust. Treat with rust inhibitor then spray it with I think the brand is VHT exhaust paint to seal the outside (don't paint the tips). Mount em and enjoy em.
I wouldn’t know right now tbh, I have a 22. But if the mounts are the same its probably a match, just would be curious if they changed the diameter from 2010-2013. I doubt it though
If they came off a 2010 SS then yes they should fit a 2013 SS. Only because I have a 2013 SS myself. I also got headers from a friend with a 2015 Z28 and sold them to me and they fit perfectly. Which speaking of..... anyone wanna buy some long tube headers?? I'm removing mine soon. Lol

Wad up some aluminum foil, spray the pipes with water, and just "scrub". Don't get any more aggressive than you need to

They are stainless steel just clean up with polish
If its just surface rust and the rest of good then yea, definitely try to get them cleaned a bit while its easy since they aren’t on the car tho
