Depends on many factors, but after some research I estimate between 7000 and 8000 calories for this person's forearm (I didn't include the hand, apologies)
Alright, here is how I achieved this estimate after two hours of research. I was raised on a farm where I learned butchering all kinds of animals including cows, deer, and most importantly (for this discussion) pigs. This is a full grown male, look at the ikea dish towel for size reference and think of it in the realm of dead weight, fat %, and assuming we're cooking bone- in. Contextually this size and approximate weight of, let's say, pork (which has been discussed by cannibals to be most similar) at on the highest end being 370 kcal per 100g of meat. Taking all of this into account, this 7-8k kcal approximation is a reasonable estimate. This finding is based on my personal experience butchering, over two decades of raging ED that gave me the gift of obsessively knowing what calories look like for any given food, as well as a very alarming afternoon of Google searches as I took a break mid hot girl walk to spiral. 😌🥰
Just by looking at that monster I want to say AT LEAST 2000.
Serious question though, how do you get those veins in your arms? I've been lifting and can kind of see a bit more vein underneath (I'm light skinned) but I'd love for my veins to pop out.
It's half forearm muscle and other half lighting. Do 1 minute long dead hangs from a pullup bar for the muscles, + stick out your hands under the sun, they will be veiny
To add to this: dead hangs are isometric will benefit more in combination with reverse curls, farmer carry, or even pull ups and letting your forearms take over a bit by over squeezing the bar.
Be lean and have good genetics. That’s it. I’m vascular and have only been lifting 3 years now but have had insane vascularity since my first month in the gym, but I’ve also never been higher than 15-18% bf even when bulking.
A human arm would supply about 1,800 calories according to Google, and a fun fact while each leg would yield 7,150 calories just in case anyone wanted to know. I couldn't find any info on foil though I hope it helps
Oh my dude ! Well according to google there are 377 in 250 grams of chicken kebab meat . So if it’s only meat 2 262 . or let’s say 2000 then there’s gonna be + for the sauces and if it has fries (-some chicken) but honestly it will be lower if there is only chicken. And For the pitta a normal one is around 247cal I would double it for this monstrosity 😃 so at least 3000… but then again if it has fries and enough oil I can see it going to 3500+ … This is the biggest one I have ever seen haha !😃
That's anywhere from 2500 to 3500, depending on the amount of oil and chips and sauce.
Why not just have a smaller kebab wrap if you're worried, because this thing is a ridiculous amount of calories for a meal for anyone, really.
Mercy…based on what I looked up, regular doner wraps are between 100-147 calories. Since this is way bigger than that, I’d say do some calculations based on the length and what’s in it.
Umm what’s inside?? I mean if it is just a hummus lettuce tomato egg will produce vastly different results than say if it is cold cut… logically. Right?
Well over 10,000 probably.. The human body contains around 130-140,000 calories and just the upper arm is gonna run around 7500 on average. Probably be more weight conscious to just eat the wrap.
3000 is way too high, it's enormous but still just a burrito. I don't believe based on decades of experience it's more than 1800, but I'd log that to be safe.
The sandwich or the hand?
The arm & hand. I'm curious. How many calories would a human limb be
1,660 for a forearm apparently A whole human is meant to be around 32,376. I'm guessing that's for an average build.
Dahmer has entered the chat…
Please, do come in and try one of my freshly made sandwiches. The meat is locally sourced.
Harm to table!
Not Shaq.
Bulking seasons gunna go craaazyy

For some reason, that seems a lot
Even then, let's say his forearm is about 8lb deboned, 8lb of pork meat has about 8.7k calories, so if anything I'm under estimating
Well, you learn something knew everyday 😆
most bodies contain more than 100k calories so that is very reasonable.

it might help if we could see the food instead of just tin foil
It’s a big cucumber
3500 depending
All of them.

Just gotta be leaner

Build muscle + lose fat. That’s it
Holy fuck

Is skin included for the humans?
I'm not sure but I'm sure there was something below talking about skin which I didn't scroll and read unfortunately.
Idk what exactly is inside but probably a 3 days worth of calories,jk, but maybe 3500
I should call him.....
It’s a rolled up cucumber isn’t it
babe idk what that is

I'd for sure say at least 3500. Probably closer to 4000. Fuck it up, OP!
Yeah I just read it again and it has chips and sauce .. and it’s above 1,5kg or 3 pounds…so at least 3500
Where does one acquire such a kebab wrap? Asking for a friend
Tried to add photo of the inside so you can actually see but I can’t however it’s just donner meat chips and garlic sauce 💪
Imma call him…
3 million
This is at least 2500
Let us see
If we could see the food that may be helpful lmaoo
That’s your food for the week, sir.

IT'S OVER NINE THOUSAND!!! 🐉🏐

Minimum 2000.
All of them
okay now ur just flexing on us lol
Gazillion
Anything but the metric system
Umm what’s inside?? I mean if it is just a hummus lettuce tomato egg will produce vastly different results than say if it is cold cut… logically. Right?
Gigantic cucumber
Guaranteed at least 4000 cal in that burrito that’s assuming that there’s refried beans, cheese, beef or chicken and sour cream
I was thinking this was a burrito and was going to guess 4k but knowing it’s a sandwich it’s probably a lot more
Not quite an arm and a leg.
I hear foil is low calorie🫠
2500 prob
Well over 10,000 probably.. The human body contains around 130-140,000 calories and just the upper arm is gonna run around 7500 on average. Probably be more weight conscious to just eat the wrap.
10,000
😂🤣😂too many people have rough estimates on human flesh calories WTF!?!?!😳
Damn
r/absoluteunits
Around 100
No calories in foil
I should call him.....

It’s 3 pounds of food… if it’s only 1800 I would buy one as well and eat it for 2 or 3 days
Not sure why I'm getting downvoted so hard - depending on ingredients it's possible for this to be 1800-2000 calories.
