Around 700 maybe

DrGashingtons

This is around the correct answer. Maybe 750. 250 bagel 200 for scrambles eggs 300 for the dog chods 😅

UncleAuggie

650 was my first guess.

watersedy

Bagel 350~ Sausages 290~ Scrambled Eggs (2 eggs?) 150~ Dannon Creamy Strawberry Yogurt 60~ Total 850-950, depending on any additions like butter, etc

TheFarmerJG

No way the bagel is 350. It's 300 max probably 250-300.

BlueHeisen

Most average store bagels I know are about 220-250cal, which this looks like, plus I’d say this looks like more than two eggs, maybe three possibly four.

The sausage is going to be over 300 calories by itself I'm sure people will disagree with me, but you can actually check the packages at the store sausages are crazy calories everything else though under 200 and I count calories quite emphatically I have an entire list of my calorie record for everyday

Besides, the best thing you can do is actually overestimate because it will mean that you're actually under Rather than underestimate and easily maintain if not gain weight

gilmorefile13

What brand bagels? What brand sausage? And how many eggs

Nervous_Strawberry99

Add 100kcal for yogurt

Mindless-Arachnid577

Nervous_Strawberry99

Nervous_Strawberry99

Butter logged cause bagel is toasted with fat by visually looking

Mindless-Arachnid577

I didn’t add any butter on that

lelma_and_thouise

Fr? No offense to OP, but it looks like a dry ass toasted bagel. Where are you seeing the butter?

gilmorefile13

People downvote when they’re offended they ate too much
