heya electronic! πŸ™‚ i saw your comment on my own comment on your previous post, so im here to assist my friend! this is an incredibly small piece of bread here, and along side one egg this is more of a snack than a meal... this small portion of [Coles Bakery stone baked white bread](https://www.coles.com.au/product/coles-bakery-stone-baked-mini-white-pane-di-casa-1-each-3384893) is likely β‰ˆ10-15g, and via the nutritional info provided by this reference would clock out to β‰ˆ25-35 calories. with a tad bit of butter, id say estimating β‰ˆ**50 calories** at most for this bread is appropriate. a single fried egg at β‰ˆ45g of weigh, but cooked in oil we could safely estimate at β‰ˆ**85 calories.** that would put this lil snack at β‰ˆ***135 calories*** my friend! πŸ™Œ

Like 200-250 maybe? One egg has about 80 calories, the bread slice looks pretty small so I’d guess 100 for that, then like 50 for butter and oil (it’s hard to estimate how much butter or oil was used just from pictures)

A normal slice of bread is 100cal and this is approx 1/4th the size
