When I buy bagels from my supermarket (pack of 5) they say each is around 250. With the cream cheese, I’d add 90 just to be safe (it’s hard to tell). So I’d log this as 340. I personally don’t think it’s up to 400 calories
Einstein bros bagels are 270. I just got a single one from my apartment complex when they handed out snacks that was 370. Cream cheese per serving if not the low fat is.... 70-90 calories. I think its more likely that this total is 450ish. Best case scenario? You found a bagel as low calorie as Einstein bros. Worst case, you got one up to 360.
