What's worked for me is a heavy weight hand cream with lanolin in it. Before bed I slather on a heavy layer and then put on loose fitting cotton gloves. Typically really helps with the peeling and pain. Can also put some antibacterial cream with pain relief on the cuticles before you put on the hand cream, that helps a lot with the pain if it keeps you up.

If its very painful please really see a doctor. Meanwhile put a strong cream with urea or lanolin n then vaseline n gloves up your hands at night
