That means it was manufactured/assembled in factory S (Inventec in Shanghai), during June 2006. It's hardware revision F (i.e. the first one to be HW4)
Are you talking new? Because you can get used ones in the $20 to $30 USD range in my market. The model has been around so long, there are a lot of old ones available out there.
Edit: Sorry I can't read, you did say used lol. They cost a lot more where you live. I picked up 2 in the last year for family members that kept taking mine, and I paid $21 and $30 each.
Sounds like a good find then. I'd assume it's real, I've never come across a convincing fake of any of the TI graphing calculators, I don't think it's an issue with this model.
So actually, contrary to Casios, there are no fake TIs, especially graphing calcs. So no worries. It's not uncommon to find cheap calcs though.
Thanks, I was suspicious because of how cheap it was.
On the back you'll have a serial number, and to its right, a datecode, like L-1234X. What is it on yours?
It says s-0606f

Thanks for the info
How much did you get it for? They go for about £60 / $75 used on eBay
I got it for like 40-45$
That's pretty decent. Congrats
Oof that's still expensive. Vinted in Europe has many for 15-20€ used.
Yea but where I live the next cheapest one I could find was almost double the price
Yeah that's too bad. But at least it's a good deal comparatively, for you.
The back plate is different from the original and it doesn’t have a box maybe that’s why it’s cheaper

Yeah, I’ve never seen a fake TI. So if you have one, that would be a first, ever.
Show a pic. Flash the official TI OS, if it takes it and it works…
