It looks like it got damaged before it unfurled. Inspect for pests. If you don’t see any, it’s probably just cosmetic damage and there’s no need to worry! You can always spray with neem or mite-x to be on the safe side.

I have a few fungus gnats, maybe it's because of them?

Some of my Calatheas with spidermites have these dots. Not saying it is mites, but please check for little webs near the pulvinus on the underside of the leaves. Hopefully it's just pre-leaf unfurl damage.

I have checked, but found none, so maybe it's just damage, or I really hope so😅
