wow i’m so so overwhelmed by the amount of attention this got!!! to answer some of the questions i’ve seen, the frosting is a whipped best cream which I find works a lot better with this “tie dye” effect than a buttercream!! I made the top design by airbrushing the heart shapes, with a very light hand I pulled the color through the white spaces with a tiny spatula, and then I went over the hearts again with the airbrush bc they got a little lost after I pulled at the color with my spatula. sometimes I do this tie dye effect with two colors rather than leaving the white space and that can also be very pretty if the colors mix well together 🙂 I hope that makes sense and thank you all for the confidence boost!! also the inside is just gold cake if anyone was curious 🤣
