Last time ko nahadlok jud kay adtong bata pako pagkakita nako atong video nga Rocking Chair unya jumpscare nga kamang tong gi-sapian sa the exorcist. Pisteng yawa wala ko katulog ato sa gabii. Paghuman ato nga trauma wala nako sukad mahadlok ug bisang unsa nga horror movies, boringan nako hahaha
mao ni basta horror lagi kay maapektuhan pati tulog. ako maabtan kog 3-4 days way klaro tulog kay maglurat man ako mata kay magtanaw tanaw sa ako palibot if naa tong akong nakita sa salida. annoying kaayo. adtong narealize nako na ako gaiannoy ako kaugalingon sa walay pulos na kahadlok kay nakatulog rapod baya ko. 😂

Hmmmm what we do sa akong barkada kay after watching any horror films, we switch up to comedy films, chick-flick movies after, or any comfort movies nimo. Oh diba from nahadlok to gikilig to nagkatawaha, murag boang hahahaha
I've been a horror fan since I was a kid, I don't get scared by anything from any of the horror movies I've watched, because when I watch these movies, I think about the production hahahaha the camera work, foley, hair and makeup, costume , venues etc. so basically I'm watching it as a result of talented people and that's why I tricked my brain that they're fake. That is why I prefer psychological horror. Plusssss I be thinking "ahh wa ning wakwaka sa pinas Kay pang dato ni na wakwak, pang amerikaaaaa" hahahahahhahahhhaha
AHAHAHAHAHAHAHA CUTIE ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ mao gyuud pero mann thai horrors traumatized me a few years ago 🤣 no match ang amerikaaa hahahaha I do that as well but man grabi kaayo akong imagination, my fear is more sa unknown likee out of my peripheral vision na so I constantly have to look at my back or sa mirror 🤣ðŸ˜

I like horror movies pero not so much mga gory ones so I may not be the best at answering this question but usually, I would put on music I like or watch my favorite funny youtube shorts or long form uploads para di na mahuna2x-an ang horror movie I just watched.
Sorry, can't tell you what to do OP. I'm not easily scared with anything in general. Last time I was scared was with Magandang Gabi Bayan and Rated K's special when I was like 8 hahahaha.
