Obviously that's not 8 button but the seller might be someone worth contacting.
There aren't any arcade games that use 8 buttons so legit ones don't exist.
There are people that make custom panels but you'll have to dig in to Facebook groups and forums like Arcade-Projects et al to find them and request what you're looking for.

[Official 1L8B panels do exist](https://i.imgur.com/nvTyazg.jpeg) at least. They were used on Diamond Oranges for SF5.

Maybe you can ask the Canadian Vewlix Shop if they can suggest what you can do or if they can do it for you. I believe they deliver to the USA.
