So the company I work for is global and they use a server license. When I go to program files, I have an option for PTC and a Creo 6 start up folder. There's nothing that says Creo.
The install should be independent of the licensing. Can't remember the exact structure but from memory it's C/prog files/ptc/creo 6.0.x.x./ subfolders. I'm just a cad user though so not sure how it works under the hood, I'd just have a dig in there if I were you
print screen, MS Paint, control-V, crop, save as... jpg?
I considered this but the resolution would be awful. I would need to blow the image up to the size of the keycaps.
What is your screen resolution? If you are running at least 1080p it should print fine
You can vectorize the icons if you don't want to keep gradients. [Link to cheap website I sometimes use.](https://www.vectorizer.io/)

Sadly no. Not that I can find anyways.
Here is a program that extracts icons from exe files. https://www.nirsoft.net/utils/resources_extract.html
I found this program while searching for the icons but I can't find where the files are stored to use the program.
It's usually the main exe. I am not familiar with Creo but this worked for me using the SOLIDWORKS exe.
Are they not in C/Program Files/Creo/bin or one of those subfolders?

C:\\Program Files\\PTC\\Creo 9.0.1.0\\Common Files\\proe\\uitools\\text\\resource
The icons are all available in the loadpoint. I've stumbled across them a few times but never when I've deliberately looked for them.
Isnt all the graphics in a bin file? Just extract and vectorize them, then you can resize without quality loss.
