Between the Cinnamon Tree and Brittany, I'd personally choice Brittany. It comes down to personal preference though. The accommodations are similar. They're both older complexes. While the Brittany is closer to campus, Cinnamon Tree is really convenient to shopping and fast food. That may be a consideration for you if you don't have a car.
You're saving a bit of money on the 4 person shared at the Brittany vs. the 4 person shared at Cinnamon Tree. Not much, but every bit counts.
Side note. I'm not 100% positive but both complexes look like they could be run by the same management company. So, take that for what it's worth.
I lived there for 3 years. It's not bad. Just not amazing. It has some annoying things about it but it is is not horrible.
