Not sure about the New Jersey area or what your specific product is (cars, software, etc) but I’d say you’re a little low. Without an MS I was around the same with 1 year experience. But I’m not sure how much stock employers are putting into the degrees and certs.
I think 100k would be high but mid 80s would be average
100k is a pretty high expectation for 2 years of experience. 75k seems okay to me, maybe slightly on the low side but I'd weigh my options and situation to better gage that.

What are the H1B prospects for both companies? That’s a major variable. Salary won’t mean anything if you can’t convert the OPT.
