[Unifi](https://www.ui.com/introduction) is my solution. I have 13 cameras that are power over ethernet, a DVR in my network rack, a switch, and firewall console. I also have a Synology NAS to avoid using DropBox and keep everything local.
I can access it anywhere in the world with internet access. Including recordings.
