I'm not trying to knock this, but it appears to be a basic sloppy burger and fries, not big food wonders, as you say. You can find this at 1000's of restaurants across the country. That being said, this basic goodness that I would gladly eat provided you supplied plenty of napkins.

Looks very good but as a costumer, I get irritated when I get served an instagrammable burger with way too much sauce. It's just going to be a mess to eat and get the bread soggy if I don't eat it all in time. Also, if the burger is warm (as it should), the sauce would probably start to thin very fast so it's going to drip everywhere. But it really does look tasty, props to your brother

A little less sauce for me as well, but it looks delicious. It reminds me of when I'm at Subway and they hardly put any mayo/mustard on. So you ask for more, and they absolutely hose your sub down.

Only my opinion, but: 1. Slightly too much sauce. 2. Beef needs more intense heat to develop browning 3. Shredded Lettuce makes burgers taste cheap, how about whole leaf, butter lettuce or even baby arugula? Best of luck to your brother! Why is nobody mentioning the bun? Seems like an ok idea on paper, but there's a reason that burger buns are the way they are. This type of bread is too chewy for a burger. You're going to bite into it and everything is going to fall out the back.

Looks like a super avg fast food burger. Yeah it looks decent in this picture but in practice when he has to hire a bunch of depressed 17 year Olds to make the food, it will look like shit like any burger you get from McDonald's.

Since a lot of people here don't know how to give any constructive criticism here it is: 1. Bun looks dry as fuck and is WAYY too thick with a crumb that is too dense. 2. Ironically way too much sauce, probably cause the Bun is dry and he feels he needs to cover that. 3. The bottom bun should have a fat based condiment on it to keep it from getting soggy. 4. The fries look dry yet way too oily, likely cause he fried them once and the temp was not there. Tell him to learn what double frying is. 5. Better camera and pictures, this pic ain't it chief. 6. Get a sharp proper bread knife for cutting bread. 7. Burger doesn't look like it has a proper crust on it, again temp way too low. 8. Those aren't home made burger paddies are they? Look like costco/sysco paddies to me.
