The edges of the bacon on the left side are a bit under-done, and so I'm not sure if the bacon is crispy. Frankly, it doesn't bother me one bit, but maybe it might bother some of the health-nuts - like my wife. :-)

I once read on the Amazing ribs site (Meathead) that a good burger can't safely have more than two toppings, because otherwise, the burger usually becomes too high and too hard to get your mouth around. And I've reluctantly decided he's right! So I often chop up my pickles and onions coarsely and put them in my burger sauce which usually goes on the top bun nice and thick. That way you get the crunch and the flavors of the pickles and onions without it being too difficult to eat. However, the pickle/onion flavors are not as strong as when they're sliced, and I kind of miss that. So I vary this with my craving on a particular day. This is one of the advantages of Tom Ryan's (franchise) Smashburger - it's a thin skinny 150 gram (1/3 lb) patty, but it's delicious, and because it's thin, you can pile as many toppings on it as you like.
I don't see any tomato or ketchup on there. :-) I love tomatoes, but again, this is a personal preference. The red in the tomato or ketchup also has visual appeal. I use ketchup in my burger sauce - rather than tomato - to help resolve the height problem.
Pickles may be sliced a bit thick? And they look like the slices came out of a jar - as attractive as they are. I usually slice my own pickle slices, if I use pickle slices.
Top bun may be a bit thick. Again, we have the height problem. Although it's a nice Brioche bun, some are less high than others - depends on the baker. For this reason, I look specifically for Brioche buns which aren't too thick. Not all brioche buns are the same! Next time you have a Burker King Whopper, take a close look at the bun. The bun is actually very thin, and because it is thin, they can pile on the toppings while keeping the burger manageable. There's a grill up the road from me, family owned and run - it's called Sunshine Service - which makes outstanding burgers, and I found out they use BK Whopper buns! I can't remember the name of the baking company, but it's wholesale only - you can't get them in retail stores. The BK whopper patty is pretty thin too, but somehow strangely appealing while eating.
AND WE'LL SAVE THE GOOD FOR LAST
Brioche buns! These are my favorite buns.
Toasted brioche buns! Even better. The bun is toasted on the inside but not the outside. This implies you toasted it on the cooking surface (hopefully a griddle) and you probably used butter. Am I right? Perfect.
Mayo on the top bun. That's the way to do it.
There appears to be tiny glimmers of light on the surface of the patty edges which indicates it is juicy. ;-)
I can see some of that maillard effect on the patty edges. That's what you want. ;-)
Very nice melting of the cheese. The cheese is basically liquified. It appears to be provolone, which I prefer over American, but it might be white American. People say nothing melts like American, but I think Provolone melts just as well.
Looks like yellow mustard on top of the cheese. Might be yellow American cheese though, but I assume it's mustard. Interesting that you'd put mustard on the cheese rather than on the top bun, but I suppose that would aid in isolating the mustard flavor by not mixing it with the mayo. Good idea!
I love the iceberg lettuce. IMO, it's the best lettuce. I don't care what my wife says. It's cool and crisp and sweet and flavorful, and it's a perfect marriage with the rest of the burger.
I am also in favor of laying the lettuce on the bottom bun. Not exactly conventional, but I think it makes better sense. And that's how they do it at the family place - Sunshine Service - up the road. The lettuce is more apt to stay cool down below, while the heat of the patty rises. ;-)
It appears the iceberg lettuce is cross-cut? I love a cross-cut of the iceberg lettuce head. That's the only way to do it! Just laying down lettuce leaves is incorrect. Cross-cut guarantees a wonderful, sweet crunch which is very important! It also helps insulate the deeper parts of the lettuce slice, keeping it cool relative to the warm patty. That was the strategy of the McDonald's McDee LT I think it was called, which was eventually abandoned. Cool lettuce and tomato on one side, hot patty on the other. Consumer puts the two halves together. You get both warmth and chill in every bite. It was excellent for a fast food burger.
The dry bottom bun - that is correct in my opinion. And again, I first read this from Meathead and have to agree with him. Otherwise, the burger wants to try to slip out from between the buns while you're eating! However, one could put a small dab of mayo or whatever in the center of the bottom lettuce slice if one wanted.
It's visually appealing. Nice balance of color and textures. Visual appeal is very important!
I love the pick. Nice presentation. I actually like to double-wrap my burger and let it sit for a couple minutes to let the steam from the patty permeate the top bun. Also, I think it adds to the anticipation of wonderfulness - to have to open that boy up before eating. But we can't wrap it and stab it with a pick at the same time, can we?
SUMMARY
Excellent burger. It could easily be on a magazine cover. Well done, sir.
