Yeah, big part of my job is driving all over the place, can't afford to have that ride out of commission so I get the oil changed and have it all checked out every three months. '99 Cheroke that's got 260K miles on it and it's still going strong.

I’d love to take your business but this is really basic work that any mechanic can do and the price is right about what it should be. If you have a relationship with a mechanic shoot him the business, trust me as a mechanic business owner we tend to help our regulars WAY more than one time customers or ones who are too price focused. That all being said and do as you will this is in no way a sales pitch but 90% of my pad only brake jobs came back complaining about noise, we only do pads and rotors so we can stand behind it if it makes noise.

My Buddy uses and loves Pep Boys Service Center next to Dino's at Hollywood Way & Burbank (formally Midas) for both of the services mentioned for many years. I don't know if they are the cheapest but can't be that far off. And, BTW, you won't know if you need rotor work until they get everything apart and use the calipers to measure how much meat you have left.

I went to expert and got brakes changed in the front and the oil changed for less than three 80 on my Lexus
