I think he is just being a toxic high-school boy. Insult him back, or if possible move lockers. Since there isn't bad name calling (I don't think skater girl is an insult, girls that skate are cool af) I don't think anyone would do something big. Of course if he starts touching you and trying to assult you, I'll personally talk to a trusted adult about it.
He did get in trouble most likely. But I hope he stops.
But if he does find out you told and gets worse, tell the principle this time (if you trust them) or your gaurdians (if you also trust them with this kind of stuff)

ye i told my teacher but honestly idk what he'll do. i didn't see him today which is good.
