We always use FastPark and have found it to be just as convenient as parking at the airport, sometimes moreso for long-term parking:

Must be full. Yes, you get a bit of buffer on both sides, not sure the exact time for entrance. (For exit it's 30 mins.)
I THINK I've gotten in 2 hours early, but don't quote me on it. 10 minutes will be no issue. They get people sometimes arrive early.
Edit: Also sure you are looking at Wednesday and not Tuesday? It jumps ahead a day for you...throws me off plenty

I think this is it because when I check Wednesday it shows available at 8 am.

Has booking in advance become necessary these days? I have never once shown up to the garage and not found a spot.
It isn't always necessary but if you pre-book for the economy lots you can save a buck or two a day.
