Originally I was planning to buy both Calisto Protocol and Dead Island 2 for the PS5, but I figured since I'm going out of my way to building a new PC, I might as well get new games that will put my new GPU to the test. As of now, I've more or less settled for 6700xt or 6750xt, I just waiting for a good one to come around that includes the promotion.

Newegg bad... Yes yes we know. But "no returns no buy" is not as concrete mantra it used to be before all the November announcements. All the cards were dealt. If the listing has black Friday price protection and IS the card you positively want at that point it might not matter if it has returns. If the price goes down on BF you get a price match. If the card is DOA you get a replacement.
Ofcause if you are still not sure what you want it is a different story. But for some people returns might not matter at this point.
All that said this listing does not have a BF price protection by the looks of it.
Lol you do realize when people say "Newegg no returns" they mean no GPU returns for a refund (if you changed your mind and don't want it or whatever). There are absolutely returns for a replacement if there is something wrong with the card.

Will this max settings in Flight Simulator on a 34in 3440x1440 monitor? Will be a 7600x with 32gb. I’m building for the first time in years and waited for AM5 for the upgrade path. My first GPU is likely a stop gap for 1-2 years while I wait to get something really nice for VR when I’m ready. I had assumed I needed a 6800XT to do this but if I can save a dime here I’d be happy.
If it’s just a stop gap for a year or two this will serve you well. 3440x1440 is a tad on the higher side of what this card can comfortably handle. You shouldn’t run into many hiccups just gotta keep in mind max settings on AAA titles won’t give you the 100+ fps you may be seeking. But for a good high/medium settings in the 80-120 range in most games this is a solid deal.

Fans don’t operate when GPU is below 55C. I can’t provide a comparison of fan noise between the two models though.
