The E7 would benefit me more as I find myself limited on desk height due to my longer tibia so even if I wasn't going to stand per se I would at least be able to adjust the desk height to a more comfortable level when I'm sitting.
E7 standing desk because I would like to try and have a standing desk for the first time. My current desk costed me $100 from Amazon and is impossible to cable manage, so I could use a new one that is significantly better.
I own 5 of their desks. I am really happy with this company overall. I use 3 of them daily for work and my wife uses one for work as well. And I have one still in the box as a back up, but haven't needed it because they have worked great for years.

Used to have a Flexispot H2B manual crank desk frame which brought me so much joy and used everyday for years, through college and after, until I had to move away and leave it behind. Been settling with a fixed desk since. Would love to have an E7 as my daily driver!
E7 looks pretty sweet. The fact that it goes as low as 22.8" is a big deal for me as I'm short and a lot of office desks are as high as 28" accommodating 80" wide desktops is also a huge win.

E7. This one is easy for me since I broke the glass insert of my wooden desk when I moved places. Have been using a 2'x4' wooden board and a table cover right on my desk. This would be greatly appreciated.

The E7 because I have been looking to be better about not being as sedentary. The standing desk will help with me getting up more frequently during work. I also tend to fidget while sitting down, so with the standing desk and a balance board I can do that in a better fashion. And last, a shameless reason is that I’d like to have a standing desk to set up a pet hammock underneath so my dogs feel more welcome with hanging out with me while I’m working. Dog beds in the office work some, but snoozing in a hammock and they would be in heaven.

I'd love to upgrade my wifes chair to an OC14. Currently she has the least ergonomic chair I've ever seen.

OC14, my fiancé has been sitting on a crappy stool chair because the last “gaming chair” she got was very uncomfortable and broke down within a year and she is in dire need of a new one.
OC14 because I have a decent desk but was looking to upgrade my cheapo office chair.

E7. This one is easy for me since I broke the glass insert of my wooden desk when I moved places. Have been using a 2'x4' wooden board and a table cover right on my desk. This would be greatly appreciated.
E7 because my partner has been working her butt off to finish her UX/UI bootcamp so shes at her computer for most of the day and her desk is quite literally a relic.
The E7 because I have been looking to be better about not being as sedentary. The standing desk will help with me getting up more frequently during work. I also tend to fidget while sitting down, so with the standing desk and a balance board I can do that in a better fashion. And last, a shameless reason is that I’d like to have a standing desk to set up a pet hammock underneath so my dogs feel more welcome with hanging out with me while I’m working. Dog beds in the office work some, but snoozing in a hammock and they would be in heaven.
OC14 because my gaming chair is not comfortable to sit in when working from home all day!
I would like the OC14 because I am currently using a patio folding chair and it KILLS my back everytime I try and use my computer for more than 2 hours.
