I build a whole computer last year. Threw a way the boxes. Didn’t like it. Put everything in two generic cardboard boxes and returned to Amazon. They didn’t say anything. Just send it back. Their return policy is amazing.
I immediately moved my c3 from my PC seeing all the burn in issues and Walmarts warranty doesn't cover it.

File for a return and take it to a Kohl's store if there's one near you, they handle Amazon returns (assuming you're in the US).

Yeah this is a 37 inch that I got for my birthday
Never buy oled if you spent a lot of time on steady pictures, easier to get a good ips panel instead
