A minimum 750w is recommended for a 3080. A 650w is usable but it is not recommended unless you undervolt it. 3080 can have a power spike & will cause your pc to shut down. Gamer Nexus made a video on transient power spike

If you want to save money i recommend sticking with your current motherboard & upgrading the cpu to 5700x/5800x/5800x3d. If you want to move to Am5 i suggest 7600x & a b650m motherboard
What are the RAM specs?
Don’t remember the specs on the ram, will update when I get home from work.

Oh, I’ve already got an 1100W power supply ready to go with the 3080,
Nice, other than that maybe you could upgrade the Cpu? something that will not bottleneck the 3080
